Our client inaugurated their operations producing for export markets.

Due to the nature of this operation, the production process must run continuously, however sales didn’t match the production pace and eventually stores were filling quickly. Further challenges were introduced with very rigid commercial terms, where payment terms must be secured 100%

Our team was called to handle sales. Immediately the market was researched in terms of competitor analysis, price fluctuation and supplies of international raw material

Recovery plan was designed to exhaust all stored quantities at advantage rates, initiate long term contracts at fixed rates and new markets were explored and initiated

This eventually stabilized production and supply chain logistics while more markets being explored.

Witihn 4 months, all stocks were cleared, production capacity maximized and export market was increased to 70% of sales. Production was running at 100% capacity and orders planned 6 months ahead
